Baux Pastry
Hi! I’m Martin Baux.
A French pastry chef with 20 years of Pastry experience. From working in small bakeries, to Michelin star restaurants, I have enjoyed producing various styles of pastry over the years.
I started my journey in the South of France (where I grew up), then moved to London in 2013.
I am currently settled in Amsterdam with my wife and daughter. This is the place we have called home for the last 10 years.
