Hi! I’m Martin.
A French pastry chef with 18 years of experience.
From working in small bakeries, to Michelin star restaurants, I have enjoyed producing various styles of pastry over the years.
I started my journey in the South of France (where I grew up) then moved to London in 2013.
Currently based in Amsterdam with my wife and daughter. This is the place we have called home for the last 8 years.
